How will I receive my Refund?
Refund would be initiated to the account or card used to make the payment it will take 5 to 15 days to settle. If the payment had done from the wallet account, take 24-48 hrs for the refund to settle.

When will I get my security deposit refunded back?
Once the booking gets completed, Zoomcar would process the refund of your security deposit within 6-12 hours. The payment owed will be deducted from the security deposit in the event the customer is found to violate Zoomcar Terms & Conditions.

Cost for every 24 hrs will be at a car category level such as : Compact Car – Rs.1000 Hatchback – Rs.1200 Mini SUV – Rs.1600 SUV – Rs.2000
What do I do if I meet with an accident?
Immediately inform to Zoomcar by calling 18601239666 and we will guide you through the entire process. We will coordinate everything i-e police, insurance, and road-side assistance. Do not go from scene of the accident until support has arrived.
