We refund the entire amount paid for the product, including all taxes that were paid by customer. The mode of refund depends up on the mode of payment done by the customer at the time of placing the order.

What will happen if money debited from my AJIO Wallet if I cancel or return an order?
If customer cancel / return an order, money debited from AJIO Wallet for the cancelled / returned product will be refunded back to your AJIO Wallet.
What are the shipping costs of my products?
All orders worth Rs.1199 or above would be shipped free of cost. The orders below Rs.1199, the minimal fee of Rs.149 would be applied.
How log will refund take after cancellation?
Ajio initiates the refund immediately on cancellations. But it depends upon the payment mode done by the customer. If the customer used store credits then refund will be happened within 24 hours from the time of cancellation. If the customer paid via e-wallets, using banks then the refund reflects their respective accounts 7-10 days from the date of cancellation.
What are the non-returnable items?
Ajio don’t accept briefs, panties, lingerie sets, swimwear, socks and stockings. Customer can check the if the product is non refundable or not and customer can check the disclaimer in the returns tab which is provided in the products display page.
