Grievance Complaint Process
Level 1:
In level 1 customer can call customer care number +91 888 1000 800 and log the complaint. If not satisfied with the executive level customer need to ask to speak with customer service supervisor and they will be transferred immediately or receive a call within 24 hours.
Level 2:
In case of not solved in previous level, customer can e-mail to care@safegold.in along with issued ticket number. This respond time is 2 working days
Level 3:
In case of problem not resolved in previous levels, Customer may complaint the issue to grievance officer, write e-mail to grievanceofficer@safegold.in and mention the ticket number provided at the time of raising the complaint.
Level 4:
For further resolve of complaint, customer can escalate the complaint to Security Trustee, mentioned address below.
