How Can I use Promo Code?

At the time of booking a ride, after you setting of your pick up and droping location, click on ‘Apply Coupon code’ to find all the available coupon codes of your account and you can scroll through the Terms&Condition’s of any particular coupon that you are interested. Click on ‘Apply’ to use it for your ride.

You can also redeem any valid coupon code available with you by following the same process as above.

How can I contact Customer Care?

How can I use PIN to start my ride?

After ride is booked, you will get a PIN on your Ride Details Page. You need to share the PIN with the captain to start the trip.

How can I become a Rapido Captain?

To join as a Captain, you need to have the following things – 

  • An android/Iphone phone with a 3G/4G mobile data.
  • A bike from 2009 or above model
  • A valid Driving Licence 
  • Bike registration certificate (RC)
  • Bike Insurance
  • PAN Card
  • Two Helmets (Captain and Pillion Helmets)
