How to cancel order on Myntra?

Customer can cancel the order till the item is out for delivery. Customer can see an option to cancel in ‘My Orders’ section under the main menu of the App or Website then select the item or order want to cancel. In case customer are unable to cancel the order from’My Orders’ section, they/he/she can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund would be processed into the source account, if amount was paid online.

If I cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

For Payments made by Credit Care, Debit Card, net banking or wallet, customer will receive refund into the source account in 7-10 days from the time of cancellation of order. If payment was made by redeeming PhonePe wallet balance, then refund will be instant post cancellation of order. Which will be transferred into bank account by contacting of PhonePe Customer care.

Can I change the shipping address of my order after placing of order?

Yes, customer can change the shipping address of order before packed the item, for updating it under ‘change address’ option which is available under ‘My order’ section of App or Website.

Why is my returned product was re-shipped to me?

This may happened, because the item have returned is used, damaged or original tags or MRP tags are missing.

Can I transfer my Myntra Credits to another Myntra Account?

No, it can not possible to transfer each other.

I do not have my old mobile number? How can I log into my account and update my new mobile number?

User can update your account details by selecting Account Recovery option. User will need to enter their old mobile number and go to the OTP page. Use will find an option “Get Help” to recover the previous account.
