What is mean by pre-order?
Pre-order means that some products can be booked prior of being shipped by the vendor. this includes international and domestic brands.
The delivery time of pre-order can be displayed in product page. It roughly takes time from 4 to 5 weeks depending upon supplier location.
Can Hopscotch expedite my pre-order delivery?
Unfortunately hopscotch will not able to expedite the delivery, because pre-order items are shipped internationally by ocean. So it takes that much time.
How can I get a replacement for an item I ordered?
Please email your order number, which product you want to replaced and mention the reason for replacement to firstname.lastname@example.org and the subject line should be “Return & replace”.
If hopscotch can not replace, that will be refunded.
When can I get the refund for the order I cancelled?
Refund takes 5-7 days from the time cancel your order for Credit/Debit/Net Banking transactions.
For Cash on Delivery, there will be no refund because the order hasn’t been paid.
