Amazon is providing service options for Out of Warranty Kindle e-readers and Fire TV sticks and Echo devices through its Authorized Service Provider, CTDI in India.
For Kindle device, customer or user need to backed up the device before sending device for service.
For Fire TV device, customer or user need to check that the remote is sent along with the device. The device will be return back to the customer after the service is complete.
