I am getting Error code Airtel Internet TV 001, what do I do?This error might occur if:

The CAM card is not inserted in the Set top box
The CAM card is inserted in an incorrect way
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Switch OFF your Set top box and TV
Step 2: Reinsert the CAM card present on the right side of the set top box with the logo/picture facing up
Step 3: Switch ON your set top box and TV and wait for the Airtel Internet TV to reboot.

I am getting Error code ITV002, what do I do?1) Recharge your account. To know about the best offers and to recharge your account, please click here. Please keep your set top box and TV ON while recharging to ensure a successful recharge. If your service is not restored post recharge then SMS HR to 54325 from your registered mobile number to refresh the services.
2) Press Airtel Home key to revalidate your subscription status.

error code B003This error signifies that the connection is not activated.
error code 4You will receive this error on the channel which is not subscribed in your account
error code 14This error occurs due to incorrect position of the card in STB or if wrong view card has been inserted in the set top box. Please ensure that the view card is an airtel view card and insert it from the arrow side upwards.
error code 1 or 2This error occurs due to wrong view card inserted in the Set top box. Please ensure that the view card is an Airtel view card and insert it from the arrow side upwards.
